Main Responsibilities
- Works closely with the C-suite to meet the company OKRs and provide support to identify, shape and roll-out key transformation projects and processes to help the scale
- Ensure ambitious objectives setting & realization, push planification ahead and give visibility to the founders on the comfort level to reach objectives
- Maximize team efficiency and productivity through workflow optimization and organization design
- Audit internal teams’ organization, benchmark external organizations and identify implications
- Act as Project Director on cross-teams projects; Being owner and responsible of the project’s success
- Define the ideal behaviors we want to see when our teams share information and design the guidelines, rules, and standards of excellence that will help reach those target behaviors
Requirements & Skillset
- Proven experience as Head of Operations, Operations Director, or similar role
- Proven track record of successfully implemented change management strategy
- Strong leadership skills, ability to mentor, challenge ideas effectively and collaborate in a manner that drives decisions and business outcomes.
- Be able to diagnose problems quickly and have foresight into potential issues
- Experience of working in an international, multicultural environment
- Strong business experience and product/process knowledge
- Solid grasp of data analysis and performance metrics
