What is the role?
- Мonitor inbound/outbound shipments and respond to requests from couriers
- Prepare and distribute relevant documentation as needed
- Provide inputs to customs brokers for import/export declarations
- Resolve issues and provide instructions to shippers and brokers
What do we look for?
- Excellent knowledge of standard shipping terms
- Understanding and knowledge of customs regulations
- Outstanding attention to detail, focus on accuracy
- Experience with the preparation of customs declarations
- Fluent written and spoken English. A second foreign language will be considered an advantage
- Are open to knowledge sharing
- Understanding the importance of the last-mile delivery
- Are a quick learner, proactive, self-starter
- Have excellent communication skills and a positive attitude
- Are passionate about space
