EnduroSat certified ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 compliant

The certifications are the latest step in bringing excellence in space engineering and management to the Balkans

EnduroSat was certified for compliance with the globally-recognized International Organization for Standardization’s (ISO) 9001 and 27001 standards. These certifications underline EnduroSat’s continued focus on product quality as it grows to over 200 employees.

The ISO 27001 accreditation recognizes the information security, cybersecurity and privacy protection processes in place to shield customer data. Furthermore, ISO 9001 recognizes the quality management of the company, and its ability to continually improve.

These certificates are a milestone for the security credentials of EnduroSat’s software-flexible ecosystem. Indeed, from DeskSat to SpaceOps, EnduroSat’s software-defined products facilitate customer mission design and operations.

‘’Our team is constantly investing efforts in improving the quality and the resilience of our satellites and space operations. The only way forward to making space universally accessible is via user-friendly and secure tech. Fixed-cost, high-quality and short time to orbit all empower a new generation of space data applications. Cybersecurity will be pivotal to our processes as we continue to deliver space data to innovators and businesses around the globe.’’

EnduroSat is expected to launch the AI-powered Balkan-1 later this year as a next generation follow-on to Platform-1. The pilot satellite was the Company’s first mission to implement significant machine learning. Balkan-1 will be a leap in cybersecurity and encryption technologies, both of which will be major highlights of the incoming mission.
